EchoMeshStar Terms of Service
Welcome to EchoMeshStar. By using this website, application, account, or related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
EchoMeshStar provides social connections, broadcasts, content discovery, and related account features through an interactive star map. Some features may be in testing, and we may reasonably adjust, pause, or update them.
2. Accounts and Sign-In
You must provide accurate information and protect your account and login credentials. When you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, the applicable identity provider's terms also apply. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use.
3. User Content and Conduct
You retain your lawful rights in your content and grant EchoMeshStar the limited license needed to operate, display, and improve the service. You may not publish unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, harassing, or security-threatening content; bypass permissions; interfere with the service; or misuse other users' data.
4. External Website Links and Moderation
You may add a personal website only if you own, control, or are authorized to use it. By submitting a website, you confirm that the link and destination comply with these Terms and do not contain or facilitate phishing, scams, malware, unlawful activity, intellectual-property infringement, sexual exploitation, prohibited adult content, impersonation, hate or violence, or unlawfully offered regulated goods or services.
Personal websites are user-submitted external links. EchoMeshStar does not endorse, sponsor, verify the accuracy of, or control external website content merely because a link appears on a profile. A domain-ownership badge, if offered, confirms control of the domain only and is not an approval of its content.
We may use automated checks, user reports, and targeted human review to restrict, hide, restore, or block links and domains. We do not promise to review every website before publication. We may act on valid notices or known safety risks, preserve moderation records, require additional verification, and suspend repeat or serious violators. Users may report a website through the profile reporting control or contact us. Product, affiliate, financial, medical, adult, or regulated commercial links must use the applicable reviewed commerce feature and may not be disguised as a personal website.
5. Products, Promotions, and Third-Party Services
The application may display third-party products, merchants, promotional links, or services. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, EchoMeshStar is not the seller or fulfillment provider for third-party transactions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you should verify information before completing a transaction.
Some product links are affiliate links. EchoMeshStar and the user who created the promotion may receive a share of commission only after the affiliate network attributes and confirms a qualifying transaction. Pending or locked amounts are not withdrawable. Cancelled, returned, declined, deleted, fraudulent, or amended transactions may reduce or reverse commission. Affiliate cash commission is single-tier: inviting another user does not create a right to that user's commission, and multi-level or recruitment-based cash rewards are prohibited.
During the first Awin integration phase, cash withdrawal and payout are not available. Affiliate commission records and RC are separate systems. RC purchases, referrals, star-network size, bridge ownership, or other social connections do not create affiliate cash commission and RC cannot be converted to affiliate cash.
6. Resource Credits and Payments
Resource Credits (RC) are digital units that may be used only for eligible features inside EchoMeshStar. RC are not money, deposits, bank accounts, stored-value accounts, or electronic money; have no cash value outside the service; and cannot be withdrawn, transferred for cash, or redeemed for currency. The price, currency, and RC amount are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and RC are credited only after EchoMeshStar verifies a successful payment.
Refunds are subject to the policy shown at purchase and applicable law. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, the corresponding RC may be removed proportionally or in full. This may result in a negative RC balance, and RC spending may be restricted until the balance is restored. You may not use RC purchases to transfer money, cycle funds, or evade payment controls.
7. Intellectual Property
Except for user content and properly licensed third-party materials, EchoMeshStar's software, interface, brand, graphics, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, sell, reverse exploit, or create misleading derivative services without permission.
8. Changes and Termination
We may update or suspend the service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates a security risk, or must be restricted by law. You may stop using the service and request account and data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable beyond what the law requires for user content, third-party services, or events outside our control. These Terms do not exclude consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and will post the latest update date on this page. We will provide notice of material changes through the application or another appropriate method. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

A copyright notice should identify the protected work, the reported material or URL, your contact information, your good-faith belief, an accuracy and authority statement, and your physical or electronic signature.
